How To Return An Item                                       Â
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.Â

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned. IF YOU HAVE USED OVER 1/2 OF THE BOTTLE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN.                                      Â
Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
We do not mind exchanging your bottle if you send us back the bottle and we examine the product. This bottle will then go back through our 10-point quality check to ensure the reason for exchange. Please allow up to two weeks after we recieve the product for examination. We will then mail you back a replacement of your order.

All orders are processed within 2 Business days from time of order to ship out.. We are Open Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Thank you for choosing Mech Sauce.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information at the time of shipment.Â
 The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on a flat rate,  and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.                                     Â
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will always contact you if for some reason the item is out of stock to make sure you are aware.
